1、负责字节跳动系产品广告与营收核心数据监控，针对异常情况协调资源进行深入分析； 2、通过对数据的敏锐洞察以及定性和定量分析，定位内部问题以及发现行业机会； 3、负责重点专题进行专项设计实验、评估以及下钻分析，制定指标、目标，同时支持业务决策； 4、通过宏观、微观数据结合，判断业务发展趋势，产出量化预估并制定中长期业务发展规划以及关键路径。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、经济学等相关专业； 2、至少熟练使用R、SQL、SAS、MATLAB、Python中的一种； 3、熟悉至少一种AI相关工具，在分析项目中有过实操应用； 4、熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法，具有相关应用经验和机器学习建模能力； 5、良好的逻辑思维、业务解读能力和快速学习能力； 6、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识。
