1、支持AI相关的战略研究工作，深入了解AI赛道的动态和前沿趋势，识别行业机会，对行业/公司/产品形成独立深入的战略判断； 2、对全球SaaS行业进行深入研究，掌握市场数据、跟踪趋势动态、理解演变逻辑、发现创新机会，并面向业务团队输出有价值的洞察启示，指导业务规划； 3、支持飞书业务核心战略的讨论和制定，推动跨团队的战略落地，支持业务落地中的行业和公司研究、目标与策略制定、商业模式搭建等； 4、支持与外部智库、投资机构，咨询公司等的外部合作及交流，搭建和维护高质量和高价值的外部战略合作网络。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械化、计算机等理工科相关专业优先； 2、3-5年AI或SaaS/ToB赛道相关经验，有海外公司研究经验及AI战略经验优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思考、问题解构能力和跨组织沟通能力； 4、自驱、好奇心强、长期主义，有创新意识，愿意主动了解新知识，并有意愿在新兴领域探索和成长； 5、具有优秀的英文听说读写能力优先。
