1、负责生活服务酒店行业的产品运营，围绕酒店C端产品功能、流量策略、目的地经营等重点业务，从不同分层商家及用户的经营痛点出发，挖掘业务增长机会，为酒店行业基础产品能力及重点专项的经营结果负责； 2、基于酒店行业经营场景和业务策略，设计并落地行业解决方案，推动包括但不限于搜索、货架、C端交易转化、平台营销及流量探索等模块的产品能力建设与持续优化； 3、聚焦酒店行业开展深度分析，通过对商业模式、用户需求、流量机制、供需关系等理解，洞察行业机会，并结合抖音内容、直播、搜索及货架等用户场景，产出对业务有价值的关键经营策略，明确可落地的产品方向； 4、结合用户分层、消费行为和交易链路，参与目的地经营等项目用户运营及策略设计，推动用户拉新、活跃、转化、留存和复购等核心指标提升； 5、协同产品、研发、行业运营、商家运营、营销及数据等团队，推动产品需求和运营策略从问题诊断、方案设计、上线落地到效果复盘的完整闭环，并沉淀可复用的行业运营方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有产品运营、用户运营、用户研究、商业分析或酒旅行业相关经历者优先，有AI应用相关项目实践者优先；有互联网平台产品运营、用户运营或策略运营实习经历者优先，重点关注在电商、内容社区、本地生活、酒旅等业务中取得明确项目成果的同学； 3、具备良好的行业敏感度、用户视角和抽象能力，对产品创新有热情，能够输出业务策略，深度参与产品功能的上线及迭代； 4、具备结构化思维和较强的数据分析能力，逻辑清晰，能够通过数据分析发现经营问题，挖掘用户需求、客户痛点及业务增长机会； 5、具备一定的策略运营能力，能够围绕商家经营、用户分层、权益设计、交易转化、流量分配等场景提出可落地的解决方案； 6、具备良好的横向沟通和跨团队协作能力，学习能力及工作韧性强，能够快速适应业务变化，主动推动复杂事项并对结果负责。
