1、深入理解公司各业务的核心逻辑，从公司人才需求、激励需求出发，提出长期激励、高管激励、薪酬绩效等相关领域解决方案； 2、制定并完善长期激励相关策略、管理体系、运营流程； 3、公司长期激励项目设计及落地，解决实施过程中的具体问题，形成专业意见并助力决策； 4、长期激励领域的行业对标，持续研究行业优秀案例，定期进行策略回顾，评估方案实施效果，并及时根据效果监测进行必要调整； 5、与研发团队一同参与HR系统产品原型设计，梳理长期激励系统产品需求，跟进系统功能迭代； 6、与薪酬绩效团队、HRBP团队紧密合作，深入思考并探求问题本质，提供最优解决方案。
