1、负责支持业务团队的目标达成和进度监控，及时对异常预警，通过分析过程和结果数据，提出解决方案，协同公司相关部门落实，确保业绩目标达成； 2、协同横向部门，整合资源持续提升业绩质量和效率，从多角度优化和改进业务模式，包括但不限于客开规则、新市场开拓、活动运营、线索运营、激励政策、销售工具、业务流程、服务模式等； 3、履行沟通和支持工作，确保业务对策略和规则的贯彻执行，切实听取和反馈一线业务实际问题，做好运营工作对接，团队信息上传下达及相关问题答疑等； 4、负责重点项目的发起、落地和复盘，确保重点项目顺利执行。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网运营相关实习经验者优先； 3、熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL优先，具备较强的执行力，逻辑思维清晰； 4、具备较强学习能力、良好的沟通和协作能力。
