1、负责站外电商货架场景的策略迭代，联合运营团队、合作App挖掘潜在流量机会，通过和App深度共建、提高搜索&推荐效率等，提升流量利用效率； 2、深度调研用户下单链路，定位各环节流失点，通过产品策略提升整体转化率（CVR），推动更高效的链路覆盖； 3、结合AIGC技术优化广告创意生成策略，如文本、图像和视频生成，探索AI在创意效率提升与效果优化中的应用； 4、负责从需求挖掘、文档撰写、需求评审、项目推进、效果评估的全流程工作，主动通过数据分析、用户调研、产品调研等手段，挖掘用户需求或发现问题，产出可落地的优化策略。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、出色的产品规划能力，能主导产品方向和制定长期规划，并拆分为可实施项目； 3、良好的沟通协调能力，可独立完成跨职能和跨部门沟通； 4、有策略产品/商业产品实习经验者优先。

加分项 1、在AIGC/AI Agent方向有一定实践经验或深度见解。
