日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音研发部门负责多款大型产品的研发，包括但不限于抖音、西瓜视频、汽水音乐。 加入我们，你将有机会参与亿级用户场景的开发与架构工作，使用前沿的技术助力业务一起不断成长。

1、深度参与大模型在质量保障方向的落地，解决当前大模型在落地过程中存在的各种问题； 2、基于大语言模型（LLM）构建高效、可靠的Agent引擎，实现全流程智能化测试开发； 3、通过对使用结果的数据深入分析，不断提升模型效果，提高使用体验； 4、深入测试流程的需求和痛点，不断挖掘、改进模型及工具，提升质效； 5、跟踪Agent领域前沿技术（如ReAct、AutoGPT、CrewAI等），推动技术落地与产品化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、对大模型和算法方向有浓厚兴趣，熟悉至少一种AI应用开发框架（如LangChain等），熟悉Prompt工程、RAG、智能体（Agent）等理论； 3、具备优秀的业务理解、问题分解与解决能力，能将模糊需求转化成实际应用落地，逻辑思维灵活全面，沟通协作能力良好； 4、有扎实的计算机理论基础和代码编写能力，掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：Java/C/C++/Python/Go； 5、可连续实习4个月及以上，每周可出勤4天及以上。
