1、负责商家金融产品的产品规划、路线图与关键里程碑管理（如提前回款、商家现金贷等产品），推动多国家/地区的上线与迭代； 2、基于业务目标与用户洞察，完成需求拆解（BRD/PRD）、产品方案设计（流程、策略、权限、风控点、埋点与指标体系）； 3、协同信贷平台、风控、支付资金、法务合规、运营等团队，明确系统边界与平台依赖，推动端到端交付，同时负责跨团队沟通与项目推进，包括评审对齐、风险识别、资源协调、进度把控与上线保障； 4、负责授信/借款/还款/账单等核心链路的体验与转化优化，设计并推动标准化、模块化方案以提升多市场交付效率； 5、建立产品指标体系与监控机制（漏斗、转化、放款、逾期、坏账、客户投诉等），通过数据分析驱动迭代与策略优化，推动A/B实验与灰度发布，评估产品策略与体验改动对业务与风险的影响，形成复盘与沉淀； 6、输出关键文档与知识沉淀（模块拆解、标准TRD输入、测试测分标准、运营SOP等），提升组织协作效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、理工科相关专业背景优先； 2、信贷产品经验优先，精通商家金融业务和产品模式；有国际化金融/电商背景优先； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度，能独立完成数据分析并转化为产品决策；深刻理解B端用户心理，善于在复杂场景下通过产品手段解决业务痛点； 4、英语流利者优先，可作为工作语言，具备优秀的跨文化沟通技巧，能够适应跨国团队协作的工作环境； 5、具备高度的自驱力与结果导向，乐于接受挑战并能在不确定性中寻找最优解。
