1、经营分析与指标管理：搭建并维护国际支付业务的核心经营指标体系，跟踪指标异动并开展深度归因分析，输出周期性经营分析报告，为业务决策提供数据支撑； 2、支付策略规划与落地：深度参与北美、拉美等区域的支付业务策略制定，对齐公司整体业务及增长目标，推动策略的落地执行与效果复盘； 3、行业与市场洞察：分析全球支付领域的行业趋势、区域市场动态及新兴技术，挖掘市场机会与业务风险，输出行业洞察报告，辅助区域业务布局； 4、跨域协同与项目管理：联动跨区域、跨职能关键利益相关方，推动支付相关项目的全生命周期管理，确保项目按时交付、达成预期业务目标； 5、业务效率优化：基于经营数据与业务痛点，提出支付产品/服务的优化建议，驱动业务流程及经营效率的持续提升。

1、本科及以上学历，工商管理、金融、经济学、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备3-5年支付/金融科技/商业分析/管理咨询等相关工作经验，熟悉支付业务逻辑者优先； 3、扎实的数据分析能力：熟练掌握Excel、SQL等工具，在数据建模、业务估值、策略分析方面经验丰富，能将数据转化为可落地的业务见解； 4、优秀的项目管理与执行力：可在跨时区、快节奏的工作环境中高效交付结果，商务英语流利，可作为工作语言开展跨国沟通； 5、逻辑思维清晰，能独立解读财务及业务报表，具备较强的沟通表达能力。

加分项 1、深入了解支付行业趋势、新兴技术及支付产业链（如收单银行、发卡/卡网络等）； 2、具备产品管理、支付服务提供等相关经验； 3、持有金融、支付专业领域的资质证书。
