团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、基于直播内容治理需求，分析现有队列编审链路，识别大模型在具体业务场景上的应用； 2、根据业务需求与当下模型能力，完成项目Workflow搭建、PE编排等，独立生成适配业务的工作流，达成业务所需目标后正式推动上线； 3、对大模型应用效果与稳定性负责，监控指标，发现偏差点并提出改进建议，结合标注及质量数据持续优化Agent效果，通过标准/知识库更新、PE调优、Workflow优化、模型微调等方式解决准确率不佳、新案例风险场景未覆盖等问题； 4、与研发、产品、策略、标准、质量运营等多团队构建高效协作机制，推动大模型从搭建、测试到应用的全生命周期管理。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较好的内容风险理解能力；具备策略制定与推演能力，可独立设计应用在模型上的编审策略与流程（如人审与Agent分流规则、人机协同节点）并动态优化； 3、有大模型应用经验，能独立撰写高质量PE，能够独立设计、编排、落地并优化复杂的Workflow； 4、有良好的数据分析能力、模型了解及应用能力、代码能力者优先考虑，能够基于模型指标、质检结果评估策略效果，通过收益量化（如ROI）支持决策； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，可高效协调各方资源，确保项目目标顺利达成； 6、对新技术和新领域保持强烈的学习热情，能够快速适应不断变化的任务和要求。
