日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音生活服务依托抖音POI（Point of Interest）、短视频、直播、搜索等，以“激发线下生意，丰富美好生活”为使命，致力于成为最值得信赖的生活服务平台，为用户提供更丰富、独特的生活体验，为合作伙伴提供包容且公平的健康营商生态。截至2025年底，抖音生活服务业务已覆盖400+城市，超过1500万家动销门店。抖音生活服务将继续携手生态伙伴，为用户提供值得心动的商品和服务。

1、项目管理：跨部门协调与推进项目进度，包括但不限于项目宣贯、过程监控、资源配置与投放、流程机制完善、项目复盘等； 2、基础运营：负责协助行业运营推动各类专项工作，解决项目落地过程中BD和商家侧各类问题，并协助解决并优化； 3、数据分析：对数据敏感，具备简单的数据分析能力，通过数据分析及市场反馈协助推进业务迭代，推动重点商家的GMV数据上涨。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，擅长数据工具、数据处理、数据分析； 3、具有逻辑性思考、多视角思考，思维敏捷活络，愿意协调解决复杂问题，沟通表达清楚； 4、有互联网平台运营实习经验者优先； 5、可实习时长每周至少4天，总实习时长至少3个月。
