1、全盘财务管理：全面负责字节跳动全资控股公司的财务管理工作，统筹核算、分析、税务、内控等各职能，建立并持续完善财务管理体系； 2、财务报告：负责按IFRS准则编制法定财务报表及集团口径合并报表，确保财务数据准确、合规、及时披露； 3、管理报表与经营分析：搭建月度/季度管理报表体系，输出经营分析报告与管理层决策建议，支持业务预算制定与滚动预测； 4、集团沟通：负责面向集团的财务信息披露与沟通，配合融资、尽调、审计等外部工作，以及和集团财务资金、共享、税务等部门的沟通； 5、财务系统升级与维护：负责金蝶等财务系统的选型、实施、升级与日常运维，推动财务流程AI化、自动化； 6、团队建设：搭建并培养财务团队，明确分工与人才梯队，提升团队专业能力。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，持有CPA/ACCA等专业证书者优先； 2、5年以上财务工作经验，其中至少2–3年全盘财务或财务负责人相关经验； 3、四大会计师事务所背景优先，有扎实的审计、报表及准则功底，精通IFRS，熟悉中国企业会计准则及境内税务法规； 4、有SaaS行业经验优先，熟悉订阅制收入确认（IFRS15）及SaaS业务财务模型； 5、熟悉金蝶及主流财务系统，有系统上线、升级或数字化改造项目经验； 6、具备优秀的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能与业务、投资人、审计等多方高效协作。

加分项： 1、英语可作为工作语言者优先； 2、有融资、IPO或重大审计项目经验； 3、有从0到1搭建财务体系或财务中台经验； 4、有财务AI落地经验； 5、有成熟业务与成长业务并行管理的经验。
