ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：内容与合作部的业务方向主要为“抖音、今日头条双端的头部内容运营”，满足用户内容消费需求，重点包括：头部内容（如公共资讯、大型体育赛事）运营；维护运营头部作者，并围绕头部作者进行IP内容策划及生产工作；维护运营媒体机构创作者、体育创作者，为公共资讯、大型体育赛事等持续供给内容。

1、负责与区域媒体的合作策略制定、合作业务拓展与维护； 2、充分挖掘区域媒体热点内容，辅助媒体优化运营，根据传播热点策划线上线下合作项目，提升优质内容生产能力及热点挖掘发酵能力等； 3、整合平台资源，探索新的合作模式，策划并统筹公司与媒体间在内容策划、IP开发、数据挖掘、产品互动、商业变现等方面开展合作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播等相关相关专业优先； 2、有较好的新闻判断能力和基本经验，互联网平台内容运营经验优先； 3、熟悉互联网内容行业，有项目统筹、活动策划经验者优先； 4、善于组织协调，能够很好地处理内外部沟通，有独立快速解决问题的能力； 5、责任心、执行力强，良好的组织协调能力。
