日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、负责营销识别及品牌相关模型的迭代优化工作，参与模型策略制定、需求分析、效果验证等环节，为提升用户转化效率与流量匹配精度提供支撑； 2、开展多维度数据分析，通过对用户行为的核心洞察，为模型优化、策略调整及功能迭代提供数据依据； 3、配合团队完成流量策略相关功能的迭代落地，跟进需求梳理、方案讨论、上线验证等全流程，确保功能满足业务实际需求。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、统计学、数学、应用数学、数据科学、计算机科学等数理相关专业优先，具备扎实的数理统计基础； 3、至少连续实习3个月以上，每周5天工作时间，能稳定参与项目全周期者优先； 4、具备强烈的负责人意识与责任心，面对问题能主动思考、积极推动解决，拥有良好的批判性思维； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，能快速融入团队，高效配合完成跨部门协作任务； 6、英语表达及书写流利，英文可作为工作语言。
