日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、对大模型输出结果进行评测，验证准确性与质量，推动模型结论持续优化； 2、负责平台日常运营，跟进需求进展，协调各方资源推动需求落地； 3、协助分析推荐系统线上案例，完成从召回、粗排、精排到重排各阶段的问题定位与根因分析； 4、沉淀排查经验与方法论，参与排查工具和流程的优化建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、熟悉推荐系统基本原理与核心链路（召回、粗排、精排、重排、混排等），了解常见的召回策略与排序模型； 3、有相关平台产品实习经验，具备平台运营或需求管理的实际工作基础； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和问题排查意识，善于从数据中发现问题； 5、工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协作能力，每周可以实习4天及以上。
