日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音生活服务用户增长团队广告投放运营工作，包括但不限于投放策略制定、数据监测、分析复盘等； 2、从用户生命周期切入，结合已有用户增长的线上、线下渠道，通过投放策略完成拉新、促活动作； 3、熟悉广告投放全链路，通过圈人圈品策略，提升内外部广告投放引流策略效率，持续优化广告CAC，对投放目标增量MAC负责。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数学、经济学、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、有广告、营销、用户增长、商业化产品运营相关实习经历优先；具备较强的数据分析和业务分析能力，对数据敏感； 3、有较好的逻辑思维，善于沟通，能积极主动承担工作； 4、具备资源协调项目管理能力，能够推动业务相关方快速行动，促成结果达成，结果导向； 5、全勤实习5个月及以上，有用户增长策略运营实习经历优先。
