1、诊断人工内容质量把控流程，定位人工内容质量把控策略链路问题、效率瓶颈及潜在风险，主导人工内容质量把控解决方案落地，制定计划、协调资源，保障人工内容质量把控链路高效运行； 2、根据队列设计、内容类型、风险等级、内容质量把控难度等多维度要素，结合业务逻辑与内容质量把控指标反馈，调度人工内容质量把控分流策略，提高人工内容质量把控资源利用率； 3、对接治理方、机审、规则、质量、交付、工具团队，理解业务诉求、发现业务痛点，建立跨团队联动合作机制，通过人工内容质量把控策略规则优化协同，推动业务发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对内容安全治理有认知，具备风险理解能力，有内容治理策略运营、工具开发、流程优化经验优先；有数据分析解读能力，以数据驱动业务优化，能够通过SQL完成数据集加工、业务送审等； 3、具备项目管理能力，能通过跨部门协作，高效推动项目目标落地。
