1、负责字节跳动视频中台的高性能计算平台的业务开发和技术架构； 2、构建稳定支撑海量多媒体处理业务的业界领先的计算系统，包括但不限于云原生计算框架，函数计算，分布式调度，Faas/Serverles，集群管控，异构资源（GPU/ARM/FPGA等）； 3、基于多IDC构建边缘计算网络，提供无边界全球计算能力支持； 4、用户需求驱动，追踪业界趋势，利用技术推动业务的成长。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解算法、数据结构、操作系统等基础知识扎实，优秀的逻辑思维能力； 3、精通主流语言的至少一门Go/C++/Python等； 4、有强烈的求知欲和工作责任心，优秀的学习和沟通能力、自驱力和执行力； 5、有良好的工作文档习惯，及时按要求撰写更新工作流程及技术文档。

加分项： 1、有云计算系统设计和开发经验； 2、了解容器、Lambda/Serverless/K8s/GPU等相关技术。
