1、参与欧美市场BNPL业务指标与整体分析体系搭建，与数仓、研发团队合作，依托全域交易和用户运营数据，结合数据挖掘、统计建模、AI自动化分析能力，搭建标准化、智能化经营分析体系； 2、与产品、运营团队配合，通过实验、产品链路漏斗表现、人群画像分析等，深度挖掘多维度业务数据，开展经营复盘与问题诊断，输出高质量数据洞察，支撑业务策略迭代与优化落地； 3、开展数据驱动的业务分析与专项研究，通过数据发现业务问题和增长机会，将分析结论转化为可执行的商业方案； 4、学习前沿AI技术，与团队配合搭建AI工具为业务提效，探索用AI重构现有分析与决策Workflow。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，数学、计算机、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、有互联网数据分析、策略运营经验，或其他行业金融分析、咨询、商业分析相关实习经历优先； 3、熟练使用SQL查询和处理数据，能用Python等独立完成从数据清洗到分析输出的全流程；统计学基础知识熟练，有良好的统计量化能力；善于利用AI工具解决实际问题，能将AI融入日常分析和决策流程中提升效率和质量； 4、具备清晰的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度，有良好的产品感、商业灵敏度，善于发掘业务问题和痛点，具备将复杂分析转化为业务决策建议的能力； 5、热爱数据类工作，沟通表达流畅、学习能力突出，具备优秀的跨部门协作与事项推动能力，喜欢挑战，有较高的自我期望和成长诉求； 6、英语听说读写流利，能适应国际化业务环境。
