日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、策略分析与迭代：拆解复杂的业务问题，通过数据的深入洞察和策略分析，沉淀认知并为业务提供有效的运营建议，助力业务达成目标、优化策略； 2、数据监控：在大促期间，通过AB实验等方式精准评估业务策略，并对促中事实情况给出评估判断，支撑业务策略有效开展，助力资源倾斜至高收益项目； 3、工具建设：将监控体系及分析方法沉淀、抽象，提炼至AI等数据产品，与相关团队开展跨部门合作，推动数据产品落地，为业务与管理层提供决策支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、掌握常用数据分析方法，有零售业务经验者优先； 3、主动性强，逻辑思维优秀，能快速学习，能够独立思考，擅长协同推动； 4、擅长使用AI，熟练使用Excel、精通SQL、Hive，至少可以熟练使用一种数据可视化分析工具，擅长R和Python者优先。
