1、AI时代渠道转型与生态建设： 1）负责华北渠道伙伴的全生命周期管理（招募、赋能、考核、留存）； 2）构建适应AI时代、具备行业领先水平的渠道管理与激励体系，带领传统软件/SaaS分销伙伴完成向“AI解决方案服务商”的跨越式转型； 2、战略规划与业绩驱动：基于北方SMB市场特点与公司年度目标，制定区域渠道销售策略与作战计划；敏锐洞察市场动态，赋能并驱动渠道伙伴高效达成区域业绩指标； 3、重点客户攻坚与联合打单：联合渠道伙伴深度开拓北方重点行业客户，精准挖掘中小企业数字化转型与AI落地痛点，深度参与商机跟进与高层拜访，推动复杂项目的签单转化； 4、行业方案共创与落地：深入业务一线，基于飞书AI原生能力，结合具体的行业/岗位真实场景，与伙伴共创可复制的AI解决方案（如AI销售助手、智能巡检、智能排产等），用真实的业务成果打动客户。

1、扎实的To B渠道能力：本科及以上学历，具备成熟的软件、SaaS或云计算行业的渠道管理经验；深刻理解国内商业服务市场的服务商模式与痛点，有成功主导伙伴招募、管理及业务转型的实战经验； 2、娴熟的AI动手实操能力：对生成式AI（AIGC）有敏感度和熟练度；注重实际操作能力，必须是AI深度使用者；能熟练撰写并优化Prompt，具备大模型或智能体平台（如Aily、Coze等）的实际搭建经验优先，能独立跑通业务Demo； 3、敏锐的商业洞察与沟通力：具备逻辑分析与独立思考能力；能将飞书前沿的AI技术优势，精准翻译成中小企业决策者听得懂的“业务增长语言”与“降本增效账本”；具备优秀的客户高层关系经营与商务谈判能力； 4、自驱力与创业心态：具备从0到1搭建合作伙伴团队经验，能够在高度不确定的市场环境中快速迭代策略，目标导向，拿结果能力强。
