1、负责巨量星图相关平台与产品的后端开发工作，支持广告主投前洞察分析、达人撮合、线上化交易履约等相关产品的研发； 2、参与营销Agent、复杂业务场景的方案设计，解决系统中遗留问题，提升系统可扩展性和稳定性； 3、与运营、产品团队协作，推动产品优化升级，持续提升用户体验。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、需有扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络等）；熟悉至少一种主流后端开发语言（如Java、Python、Go）及框架，并理解其底层原理；有实习或项目经验者优先； 3、了解Web后端开发核心技术：HTTP协议、数据库（SQL/NoSQL）、Cache、消息队列、分布式事务等； 4、对技术研究有热情，善于学习新技术（如大模型、智能体Agent）并能探索落地场景；有系统调优或架构设计意识优先； 5、具备产品意识和数据敏感性，关注业务效果（如广告主转化、达人匹配效率），愿以数据驱动工作； 6、良好的团队协作和沟通能力，自驱力强，能适应快速迭代的业务环境。
