1、负责片区职场的设施设备运行管理工作，确保按照公司的标准和制度进行管理和使用，保障设施运行状态良好； 2、餐饮空间专用设备管理、专用/特殊空间（展厅）设备设施管理； 3、负责职场内10万元以下改造项目，并对改造方案和工程量质量进行审核把控； 4、管理供应商的预防性维修保养计划和执行落地，及时掌握设施设备的运行状况，并对日常工作做好监督； 5、区域设施专项工作，如设备设施管理优化，支持疑难设施问题分析和解决，提升设施管理的效率和稳定。

1、本科及以上学历，机电暖通、工程管理、物业管理、房地产管理等相关专业，有行业相关经验优先； 2、对央厨等餐饮空间有实践运营管理经验、了解一定的餐饮设备及现场必要的设施条件； 3、具备独立商写物业设施管理经验，熟悉物业前介、承接查验、项目接管及运营优先； 4、具备写字楼设施管理经验，有项目装修及改造管理经验优先。
