1、设计、开发、测试和维护高质量的全球支付与金融系统后端服务； 2、建设支付、退款、结算、商户服务、计费及其他核心资金流转场景的标准化平台能力； 3、连接业务系统与支付平台，为不同业务场景、市场和合作伙伴设计并交付端到端支付解决方案； 4、提升高并发金融交易系统的可扩展性、可用性、性能、安全性与可观测性； 5、运用AI辅助工程工具提升开发、测试、调试、故障分析和运营自动化效率，并探索AI Native和智能体工作流在支付运营、研发提效、风险识别和问题排查等场景中的应用； 6、与产品经理、工程师、数据科学家、运营团队及外部支付合作伙伴共同解决复杂的技术与业务问题，参与技术方案设计、代码评审、上线准备、监控建设和生产问题排查，学习支付系统的核心原理并通过技术创新创造可衡量的用户、商户和业务价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、计算机工程、软件工程或其他相关专业； 2、熟练掌握至少一门通用编程语言，如Go、Java、C++、Python或其他类似语言； 3、扎实掌握数据结构、算法、操作系统、数据库、计算机网络或分布式系统等基础知识； 4、具备良好的问题分析能力，能够将复杂问题拆解并形成切实可行的解决方案； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够在跨职能环境中有效合作。
