1、5年及以上FP&A、财务BP或战略规划、商业分析工作经验； 2、具备出色的财务、业务数据分析能力，能够独立思考，善于将复杂的财务数据转化为易于理解的见解和建议； 3、具备优秀的合作意识，能够有效跨部门交流和协作； 4、扎实的项目管理能力，能够识别潜在卡点，判断最优解决方案，推动项目开展和落地； 5、有好奇心、自我驱动、善于学习，充满热情； 6、英语可作为工作语言加分。
