1、负责全生命周期成本管理工作，如前期制定目标成本、立项预算审核、设计估算、招采商务审核及澄清、合同商务条款审核及价格确认、付款管理、变更洽商审核、索赔谈判、结算管理、项目成本复盘等； 2、对楼宇全生命周期成本风险预警，为楼宇租赁决策、装修改造设计方案提供成本建议，并编制全过程工程成本估算； 3、在项目中与各部门协作配合，输出成本建议，实现项目目标，定期输出各项目动态成本及结算成本汇总，并对其进行总结及分析； 4、对楼宇在不同生命周期阶段的成本审核； 5、参与需求评判及前期调研，并负责商务评定、合同商务款审核、实施过程中解决商务问题、变更谈判、合同条款变更审核等。

1、本科及以上学历，土木工程、工程管理等相关专业优先； 2、有地产公司成本管理经验或工程咨询经验优先； 3、熟练掌握相关领域工程造价管理和成本控制流程，了解招标文件、合同及商务谈判； 4、工作严谨，责任心强，对数据敏感且分析能力强，具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力； 5、英语能够作为工作语言。
