1、1~3年采购工作经验，熟悉市场、咨询服务品类优先； 2、熟悉间接采购品类管理领域，负责完整的采购流程，并且支持各业务部门的采购需求； 3、出色的业务敏锐度和逻辑性，协调各类差异化的业务需求，有效实施采购策略和流程，定义和管理供应商池，衡量交付绩效以提高效率和控制成本； 4、具备数据分析及合同管理能力；优秀的谈判技巧，对市场和行业有良好的洞察力，能够积极主动地与企业合作进行创新和变革； 5、思想成熟，积极主动，勇于接受变化；问题解决能力及良好的自我驱动力；熟练的英语听说读写能力； 6、品行端正，廉洁自律，具备良好职业底线与诚信意识。
