1、参与招聘数据统计和分析，负责招聘数据维护，定期开展招聘数据复盘，输出招聘分析报告，支持各类招聘项目的通用数据分析需求； 2、协助支持招聘项目运营的工作，包括但不限于：校招、内推、面试官运营、候选人体验运营等； 3、其他各项招聘运营工作参与和支持。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Office、Excel等办公软件，数据分析能力强； 3、自我驱动，渴望成长，有责任心、擅长团队协作、思维逻辑清晰，具有目标感； 4、每周实习5个工作日，能实习3个月以上，更长实习时间者优先。
