1、负责办公室租赁交付：准确、高效地面向城市、业务分别租赁搭建办公室，保障公司成长和业务拓展； 2、根据房产租赁全流程制度，整体制定租赁项目解决方案，包括谈判策略制定，决策依据的汇总，推动租赁项目如期完成； 3、可独立完成租赁项目交付及跨部门的项目，在专业方面能够领导交付支持员工； 4、针对房地产市场环境和行业趋势，深入了解市场状况，协调内外部资源，进行专题分析，形成支持业务决策的行业洞察； 5、负责签约项目租赁期结束前的具体执行、管理和监控； 6、负责与其他部门就项目的运行积极协调与合作，对于复杂的问题解决有自己的见解，能够识别优先级分配，有一定的资源可以利用，善于寻求资源解决问题。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉一定房产相关专业知识，熟悉国内写字楼市场； 2、具有较强的跨部门沟通及协调能力，较强的计划性、分析和表达的能力； 3、具备较强组织协调能力，工作责任心强，积极主动，自驱力强，能推动项目落地； 4、具有较强的逻辑思维能力和分析、处理、应变能力，善于从复杂现象中总结规律； 5、有良好的团队合作精神，有较强的组织能力，自我激励能力； 6、英文可作为工作语言者优先；能够适应频繁的出差安排。
