1、对消费品、金融、大健康、教育、汽车、房产、家居、本地生活、文娱等行业开展深度分析，持续跟踪数字营销领域前沿趋势，支持商业化关键业务决策； 2、作为字节跳动系各行业线销售负责人的策略伙伴，追踪业务进展，从动态数据中发掘洞察，并在此基础上主动发起项目并持续统筹执行； 3、基于桌面研究、内外部调研等，完成信息搜集整理与数据分析，定期输出行业与市场追踪报告，形成支持业务策略方向的市场和行业见解。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、较强的分析能力与快速学习能力，细致认真； 3、良好的笔记速记和随会整理输出能力，逻辑能力强，对数字敏感； 4、有甲方战略部、乙方战略咨询公司经验加分。
