1、负责电商热点策划及运营，主要工作包括洞察热点趋势、快速响应和延展策划、协同达人完成内容供给、协同行业运营完成货品供给、协同市场完成站内外宣发、数据分析等； 2、以数据和内容洞察为出发点，打造市场上有影响力的抖音电商热点运营案例展示； 3、重点联动强内容属性的达人，有运营策略和方法，强化达人的优质电商投稿，激发电商转化； 4、与算法、行业、作者、市场、设计等部门进行充分协同，提升电商热点规模，达成项目型目标，探索并沉淀热点运营方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有内容热点或达人实习经验，有完整的内容案例经验优先； 3、具备热点敏感度和短视频&直播等内容策划能力，熟悉内容生态及达人，网感强，有个人账号运营能力者优先，熟悉AI工具、了解AI在营销中的应用实践者优先； 4、具备一定的逻辑性和数据分析能力，理解社区平台和商业型业务，思路灵活，能从中挖掘并找到灵感机会； 5、具备良好的跨团队协作能力，能够协同多合作伙伴完成运营动作； 6、具备较强责任心和自驱力，乐于挑战，面对复杂情况能快速调整，拿到关键结果。
