1、负责抖音生活服务领域的数据分析工作； 2、深入业务进行挖掘分析和专题分析，围绕业务逻辑，发掘能提升用户在各产品内体验的优化点，给出明确可落地的优化方案，并与产品/运营/推荐/研发等配合，推进优化方案落地执行，带来业务的实际提升增长； 3、负责业务中各类A/B实验设计与分析、产品优化效果评估、推荐策略优化探索、市场活动分析评估、核心指标异动分析、数据体系搭建等工作； 4、负责构建和维护能够引导业务发展方向的数据指标建设。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上的数据分析经验，数学、统计学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、对数据敏感，能快速理解业务，能发掘业务细节和数据之间的联系，能通过数据对业务进行抽象量化和量化推断； 3、熟悉SQL，有R、Python或其他脚本语言经验，掌握回归、分类、聚类等机器学习能力，有因果推断落地经验优先考虑； 4、有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作意识。
