日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、助力国际化短视频不断迭代的广告产品在相关地区范围内推广为不同地区制定市场进入策略； 2、与区域产品营销团队紧密合作，开展客户来访接待工作，深入了解其在效果方面的痛点、产品市场匹配度（PMF），并制定基于产品和激活的解决方案； 3、与包括解决方案工程、营销科学、市场及战略在内的多个跨职能团队合作，确保该策略得到完美执行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，广告、市场、数学、统计、分析、经济学等专业优先； 2、具备流利地道的英语听说读写能力，英语口语好，英语可作为工作语言； 3、沟通能力好，有市场思维，具备简单的SQL能力； 4、咨询公司实习经验、战略部门实习经验，国际化广告经验者优先； 5、学习能力强，能适应快节奏的工作环境，乐观积极主动，擅长跨团队沟通； 6、实习4个月及以上且每周实习4-5天者优先。
