1、负责抖音/飞书等多款产品的用户体验优化数据分析工作； 2、梳理业务逻辑，构建能够刻画业务当前状态的数据体系； 3、全面分析各项影响体验提升与用户使用增长的因素，结合业务方向和具体问题，给出可落地的优化方案； 4、通过AB实验等方式给出体验优化影响范围及程度的量化验证，用于业务决策； 5、探索先进的数据科学/挖掘方法并迁移至业务场景，解决疑难问题，提升结论准确性，并将有效方法发展为自动化平台； 6、运用AI搭建提效工具和分析能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备完备的统计学知识与娴熟的SQL技巧，具备基本的Python编程能力和机器学习/深度学习经验； 3、能够将业务问题转化为用数据科学方法描述并解决的综合方案，产生并论证实际的业务影响； 4、具备较强的创新性、自驱性与学习能力，严谨认真、有责任意识，能主动推动工作进展。
