1、定义与优化产品链路：负责BNPL或Personal Loan两大产品的关键转化漏斗（Conversion Funnel）分析与优化，识别用户痛点，设计能够显著提升用户体验与业务指标的产品方案； 2、驱动业务增长与风险平衡：与解决方案团队、增长团队协作，策划并执行拉新、促活、留存等增长策略；与风控团队紧密配合，在业务扩张与风险控制之间找到最佳平衡点； 3、推动跨区域与跨职能协作：与不同国家和地区的本地化团队、工程、设计、法务、合规等团队高效沟通，确保产品方案在满足全球一致性的同时，也符合本地市场需求与监管要求； 4、数据驱动与实验验证：深度利用数据分析，建立并监控业务核心指标，设计并执行A/B测试，以科学的方法验证产品假设，驱动产品迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、数学、物理等理工类专业优先； 2、具备逻辑分析能力与结构化思维，能够将复杂问题拆解为可执行的模块，并清晰地呈现思考过程； 3、沟通、表达与组织协调能力，能够积极主动地与不同背景的团队成员协作，推动项目顺利进展； 4、对国际业务和消费金融领域有浓厚兴趣，具备强烈的主人翁意识（主人翁精神），自我驱动，能在富有挑战的环境中持续学习和成长； 5、具备流利的中文与英文沟通能力，能够适应跨国工作环境。
