团队介绍：研发支持中心主要为各工作室提供音视频视听解决方案，支撑音视频内容制作与技术攻关，持续打造高品质游戏沉浸式视听体验。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助整理游戏声音设计和资源制作相关的需求文案； 2、对游戏产品所需的音乐、音效资源进行设计和制作； 3、协助导师进行音乐资源与游戏整合，设计播放规则，调试以及优化，协助项目组实现整体音效表现的良好体验； 4、协助团队与项目程序、策划沟通音频设定方案及逻辑实现，解决相关的音频问题； 5、日常音效资源库的收集和整理备份。

1、本科及以上学历在读，作曲、数字音频相关专业优先； 2、具备较好的声音审美，初步了解游戏音频开发流程，有音频的设计制作、编辑及混音的能力； 3、熟悉掌握Cubase、Pro Tools、Reaper、Logic等至少一种数字音频工作站DAW； 4、学习和使用过Wwise/CriWare中间件，熟悉使用各类效果器以及合成器，有一定的混音概念； 5、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，对游戏声音创作研究有热情，做事细心、负责； 6、具备良好英语能力优先。

加分项 1、有过往参与的项目及作品案例； 2、熟悉3D空间音频设计制作及具备Dolby Atmos混音经验； 3、具备编曲、混音能力，学习过Python或C#脚本及具有者编程能力； 4、有游戏音频AIGC工具使用和相关研究经验。
