1、负责本地行业商家创意策略运营方向工作，针对不同阶段的客户，通过全面完善的数据分析、客户拜访、销售调研等方式深入了解、研究所属行业商品特性、受众需求和内容玩法，制定差异化内容策略，不限于产品工具、方法论指引、创新玩法，从而提升自助整体经营收入； 2、在内容供给侧其一是如何通过三方达人、服务商的合作提升整体内容供给的质和量；其二是分行业的客户自产内容要如何牵引做提升，其三需要推进适配的AIGC产品上线，并在适配的商家群体推进下去，同时不断的反哺产品迭代，最终实现三方加持+客户提升+产品渗透的内容解法； 3、与业务、行业运营、产品等部门合作，配合各节点，通过各类项目和作业手段，助力本地商家内容能力成长、生意规模增长。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、对AI具备基础了解，有研究的兴趣，并能使用市面上的AIGC工具； 3、具备基础的数据分析能力，逻辑性较好，能完成业务问题分析并输出基础总结； 4、有运营实习经验，有多类经验（内容+行业运营、内容+产品等）的优先； 5、具备基础的项目统筹能力及跨部门协作能力，有较强的学习能力。
