日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：汽水音乐是字节跳动推出的一款音乐应用软件，是一款面向热爱音乐潮流的年轻人的听歌平台。核心功能包括听推荐、歌单、榜单、搜索。其歌曲切换方式与抖音短视频类似，采用手动上下滑屏操作，简单便捷，易于上手。我们致力于成为具有影响力的音乐平台，成为让用户最容易发现音乐、了解音乐、进行音乐表达和创作、围绕音乐交流的社区。

1、配合完成抖音旗下各业务的产品设计等相关； 2、在Mentor指导下，前置参与产品讨论，清晰条理地分析问题、理解业务意图、明确设计目标和主张； 3、基于设计目标和主张，独立完成用户需求分析、制定设计策略、提供完善的产品设计解决方案； 4、快速理解所负责方向的业务逻辑，主动挖掘产品体验问题、基于调研或数据分析提出独立见解、完成方案设计。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计类相关专业优先； 2、有移动互联网产品设计实习经验优先，有真实上线项目积累、有AI产品相关实习经验优先； 3、掌握基本的用户洞察方法和执行能力，具备用户同理心，有一定的产品思维，具备独立拆解需求、制定设计策略的能力； 4、具备优秀的UI设计能力和基本的交互设计思维，熟练使用Figma等常用设计工具，能准确呈现和表达设计策略的意图； 5、思维敏捷有逻辑，学习能力较好，和优秀的人，做有挑战的事。
