日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与基于大模型的业务应用建设，协助推动模型能力在财务共享中心具体业务场景中的落地与优化； 2、参与评测数据集建设，负责或协助完成数据整理、标注、清洗、质检及相关效果分析工作； 3、参与提示词设计与调优，结合评测结果持续优化模型回复质量、稳定性和业务适配效果； 4、参与业务规则迁移与应用策略优化，协助完成规则理解、逻辑整理及基础代码实现； 5、支持大模型工作流的配置、调试和效果优化； 6、协助完成日常业务数据分析、实验分析、专题支持及团队项目推进、文档沉淀等协作事项。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的Python能力，能够完成基础脚本开发、数据处理及简单代码实现； 3、了解大模型相关基础知识，对Prompt Engineering、评测优化、Agent、Workflow等有一定认知； 4、有提示词优化、模型评测、评测集构建相关经验者，或有数据标注、数据处理或规则梳理迁移经验者，有工作流调优、Agent开发、Skill开发经验者优先； 5、具备较强的逻辑分析能力、执行力和沟通协作能力； 6、可连续实习、每周可实习4天者优先。
