1、负责抖音电商全年大促的全链路体验设计，确保产品易用性、扩展性及设计品质，追求极致的用户体验，从设计方案的构思、产出、落地、复盘能够全流程的保障项目结果； 2、深度理解大促业务背景，对业务有全局的理解和判断，并综合利用多种设计手段产出创新、前沿的体验设计解决方案； 3、独立完成多节点上的上下游完整交互方案，独立负责UI产出，达到高品质设计交付； 4、跨专业跨团队进行项目协同，在产品研发协作中敏捷应对，推进设计落地并跟进数据与用户反馈，保质保时保量支持业务运转。

1、具备互联网C端平台的全链路体验设计经验，有成熟且完整的项目案例及落地，有电商、互动、增长相关设计工作经验优先； 2、逻辑性强，具有体系化的设计思维，能够定位问题并正确找到问题解决方案，具备独立且完整的思维推导能力，汇总沉淀并能对以上过程进行有效表达； 3、丰富的UI设计经验，良好的创意及视觉表现能力，对流行趋势、行业变化有敏锐感知力； 4、热爱设计，保有求知欲，敢于创新与突破，善于对设计方法进行打磨沉淀，并赋能到团队的专业建设； 5、结果导向、快速执行、自我管理、自我驱动，善于学习新的知识、新技术，不自我设限； 6、简历需提供以往作品。
