1、参与字节跳动投放系统相关的机器学习系统研发工作，包括点击、转化率预估、向量化召回、广告内容候选等上下游应用； 2、打造业界前沿的广告算法深度学习架构，构建高性能、高可用的服务框架，承载高并发、低延迟的广告算法系统架构需求； 3、优化广告投放链路关键算法和机器学习模型的离在线训练效率，以及在线服务推理性能。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握Linux环境下的C/C++、Python； 3、熟悉至少一种机器学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/Paddle或其他自研框架），以及对应框架相关技术生态； 4、掌握分布式系统原理，参与过大规模分布式系统的设计、开发和维护。

加分项： 1、熟悉推荐广告Ranking模型和算法（召回、粗排、精排），有实际链路参与经验者优先； 2、熟悉常见的LLM&CV&NLP算法和模型结构、常用算子； 3、深入实践优化过大规模机器学习框架的性能，或优化过大规模机器学习任务的训练和推理性能； 4、熟悉高性能编程，例如CUDA、向量化、并行化；或具有AI编译器相关经验。
