1、负责抖音电商全年战略性重点业务的营销创意设计工作，参与业务讨论共创，深入理解用户、业务、产品的需求，从专业视角提供专业设计服务能力，影响上下游，主导设计创意，高效输出设计方案，从设计方案的构思、产出、落地、复盘能够全流程的保障项目结果； 2、能够独立借用各种设计工具完成所需的设计需求，能够建立行业标杆的通用营销设计准则，应用各前台业务场景，设计的延展性和通用型良好； 3、能够独立自主的进行项目推进，把控项目风险，协同内外部、上下游有效的达成项目结果和项目预期，可以通过数据辅助验证设计有效性，优化调整创意输出质量。

1、美术、平面设计、艺术设计等相关专业,有丰富互联网创意营销视觉 （产品方向或创意营销方向）设计经验； 2、精通或熟练使用Sketch、Photoshop、lllustartor、C4D、AE等设计工具，兼具全面的插画、手绘、三维、动效等综合能力者优先，在设计领域具备战略性和前沿性的行业视角，掌握基本的通用的设计专用技能，具备基础的AIGC领域研究和设计生产能力； 3、拥有良好的创意和表现能力，对流行趋势、行业变化有敏锐嗅觉，善于创新与突破，思维活跃，具备行业优秀的审美能力，良好的策划沟通、文字功底及创意实现能力，具备项目管理能力，具备优秀的提案表达能力和数据分析能力； 4、善于沟通，视野开阔，乐观积极，具有良好的目标感、自我主动性和自我驱动力；结果导向、快速执行、自我管理、善于学习新的知识、新技术，不自我设限； 5、4A广告公司、国际创意机构、Digital机构； 6、简历需提供以往作品。
