1、参与字节跳动电商业务供应链及物流全链路智能化体系建设，负责面向业务的数据挖掘及算法模型迭代； 2、结合电商底层数据，通过数据挖掘、运筹优化、机器学习、深度学习、统计推断等算法手段，对电商的履约链路各环节进行质量、成本和效率上的优化，业务包括但不限于：仓储规划布局、出入库效率优化、物流路径优化、备货&调拨计划、商家虚假发货、用户投诉、末端妥投失败、虚假派送、用户差评等； 3、深入理解电商业务场景，与产品研发及运营团队合作，挖掘电商业务流程中的优化点，建立优化模型并设计优化求解算法，对决策进行优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、机器学习&统计方面基础扎实，熟悉常用的分类、回归、聚类机器学习和深度学习算法原理和模型结构，有实际应用的经验，有数据挖掘、深度学习相关领域经验优先； 3、熟悉Python/Java等编程语言，具备优秀的编码能力，至少熟悉一种常见的机器学习/深度学习平台； 4、有钻研精神，突出的数据分析能力，主观能动性强，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通技巧； 5、加分项：在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI、RecSys等会议发表过论文，或者有过数据挖掘/机器学习相关的竞赛经历。
