团队介绍：抖音电商算法团队，依托抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、红果短剧等产品，帮助用户发现、讨论并获得好物，享受美好生活；帮助商家高效经营，创建良性商业生态；激励创作并分享购物经验使用心得，构建有真诚有信息的电商内容氛围。在这个团队，我们不仅要通过推荐、广告和搜索算法搭建消费者和商家之间的桥梁，也要通过风控算法和治理算法去甄别违规行为，保护用户的购物体验，保护真正诚信经营的商家；我们还要建设智能客服技术、大规模商品知识图谱来提升各个交易环节的效率，降低商家的经营成本；我们也要结合机器学习和运筹算法，来优化供应链和物流的效率和成本，并进一步提升用户物流体验；另外我们还会用业界先进的数据科学技术为业务健康发展保驾护航。我们的使命：用算法的能力，让用户总能发现好东西，让美好生活触手可得。

1、负责大模型驱动的电商与直播场景推荐算法优化，覆盖商品、直播、短视频等多形态，联动推荐与广告系统，提升数亿用户体验； 2、探索推荐大模型Scaling Law落地，从样本设计、模型结构、训练范式等维度优化训练与推理效率，持续提升模型能力天花板； 3、开展生成式推荐技术研究，设计Tokenization与Reward方案，摆脱传统ID依赖，提升全链路计算效率（MFU）； 4、融合大模型、表征学习、图模型、多任务学习等技术，构建用户长短期兴趣模型与购买意图预测体系，精准挖掘优质商品及主播； 5、探索LLM4Rec技术方向，推动大模型在召回、排序等全链路深度融合，升级推荐系统智能化水平； 6、结合内容电商业务特性，设计大模型与算法策略一体化方案，构建良性电商生态，驱动业务快速增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、算法与数据结构基础扎实，编码能力优秀，熟练掌握C++/Python及Linux开发环境； 3、机器学习理论扎实，熟悉至少一种主流深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/XGBoost）； 4、对推荐大模型、生成式推荐、LLM4Rec等前沿方向有浓厚兴趣，紧跟行业技术发展，有相关项目落地经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，对技术挑战充满热情，能高效跨团队推进方案落地； 6、在KDD/SIGIR/RecSys/NeurIPS/ACL等国际顶会发表论文，尤其有推荐大模型相关研究成果者优先。
