团队介绍：番茄畅听于2020年6月推出，是抖音集团旗下的免费音频产品，致力于为用户提供优质的音频体验。番茄畅听拥有海量的正版免费真人有声音频，音频类型丰富多样，包括有声书、评书相声、历史人文、学习成长等。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与番茄畅听互动社区的日常运营，协助搭建和维护社区内容生态，提升用户互动氛围与内容活跃度； 2、围绕评论、社区投稿、话题互动等场景，协助策划并执行社区活动，提升用户发评率、互动率和消费时长； 3、结合用户反馈、内容表现和社区数据，挖掘用户需求与内容生态问题，输出运营分析和优化建议； 4、协同产品、算法、设计、研发等团队，推动互动社区相关项目落地，持续优化社区体验和内容分发效率； 5、关注社区优质内容、热点话题和用户行为趋势，参与制定内容运营策略，提升社区内容质量与用户留存； 6、支持社区治理相关工作，协助识别低质内容、异常反馈和体验问题，推动问题闭环与机制优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播、中文、社会学、心理学、市场营销、数据分析等相关专业优先； 2、对内容社区、用户互动、UGC生态有兴趣，熟悉音频、小说、音乐或泛内容产品者优先； 3、具备较好的内容感知能力和用户同理心，能够理解用户反馈并转化为运营动作； 4、逻辑清晰，执行力强，能够独立推进简单项目，并具备良好的跨团队沟通能力； 5、对数据敏感，能够使用Excel/SQL进行基础数据整理和分析者优先； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上者优先。

加分项： 1、有社区运营、内容运营、用户运营、社群运营相关实习经历； 2、是音频、音乐、小说、播客或内容社区产品的深度用户； 3、有活动策划、用户访谈、数据分析或内容治理相关经验； 4、对中老年用户、陪伴型内容消费场景有观察和理解者加分。
