ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、根据业务特性，挖掘大模型在不同业务中的应用机会，具备独立完成Agent搭建的能力； 2、持续运营已经上线的Agent，根据业务规则或内容质量把控需求变化，迭代工作流，持续保持Agent能满足在线内容质量把控需求； 3、支持业务工具模板优化及通用模型能力的接入，提升效率与准确性，关注AI技术动态，高效、规范管理模型项目需求，负责经验沉淀，推进模型训练经验扩展多业务场景，保障项目投入ROI。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数学、统计学专业背景； 2、对各项新的模型技术有快速学习吸收能力，熟悉掌握大模型关键技术，包括但不限于Prompt工程，微调技术、RAG等，有Hugging Face、LangChain等框架使用经验； 3、具备较强的学习能力、创新应用能力、协调沟通能力，执行力、责任心强，主动自驱，能够快速接受大量信息并主动探索和解决问题。
