1、参与字节跳动电商的增长业务，围绕用户生命周期设计业务策略，拉动电商整体的业务规模； 2、参与各种电商活动和商家营销的策略设计，优化各出资方的资金效率； 3、建设字节跳动电商营销统一的数据流和样本，建设统一的基准模型赋能各个新场景。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，至少熟练掌握C/C++/Go/Python一种开发语言； 3、掌握机器学习、因果推断、概率统计、数据分析等领域的基础知识，了解前沿算法； 4、熟悉常用机器学习工具和深度学习编程框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn/XGBoost等）； 5、熟悉常用的大数据开发工具（Spark/Hive/Hadoop等）； 6、有激情、勇于面对挑战、乐于挑战，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力及独立解决问题的能力。

加分项 1、具有用户增长算法相关经验； 2、具有推荐/广告算法相关经验； 3、具有大规模深度学习模型相关经验。
