1、参与品类营销传播项目的策划与执行，结合用户洞察、热点节点等，协助完成创意内容输出与传播主题包装； 2、关注主流内容平台的传播趋势与爆款玩法，参与平台内容策略制定与创意共创，提升品类用户认知度； 3、协同内外部资源推进项目落地，包括内容创作方、设计、媒介、跨界合作伙伴等，保障传播活动高效执行与声量放大； 4、跟进营销传播项目全流程，协助完成方案策划、物料统筹、进度跟进、数据复盘等工作； 5、结合项目传播数据与用户反馈，参与效果分析，持续优化内容表达与传播链路。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、传播学、新闻学等相关专业优先； 2、对互联网营销、品牌传播、内容策划有浓厚兴趣，有创意感知力，能够在工作中持续探索差异化的传播玩法； 3、具备一定的创意表达与方案撰写能力，能够独立完成基础内容包装和项目材料整理，不局限于常规表达； 4、沟通能力强，具备资源整合与跨团队协作意识，能够有效推动项目多方落地。
