ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、深入了解业务治理场景，负责RAG/ICL等模型应用能力在今日头条平台内容安全治理场景的建设落地，持续完善并储备风险应急治理能力； 2、协同上游&算法，完成模型能力的联调测试与效果验证，输出业务视角的优化提升方案； 3、梳理完善模型训练、RAG/ICL运营SOP及准入准出标准，推进建设数据监控体系，驱动策略优化迭代； 4、基于业务流程，输出提效方案，推进实现各业务链路自动化，提升运营效率； 5、跟踪行业最新技术动态，引入先进的方法和工具，持续提升模型识别能力，为团队大模型应用提供前瞻性的建议和策略。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学或相关专业学历背景优先； 2、有成熟产品运营经验，了解大语言模型基本逻辑，具备模型训练优化、模型产品应用经验优先； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够数据驱动决策，从业务场景中敏锐的发掘问题，给出可行的产品解决方案； 4、具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力，能够在工作中总结经验，精炼流程链路，推进业务场景标准化复用。
