1、负责设计开发后端服务的功能和架构，确保系统在高并发下的可用性、高性能及扩展性，满足业务增长需求； 2、遵循微服务架构，拆分业务为独立模块，优化系统；协同前端团队，定义、维护API接口，保障数据交互流畅，提升用户体验。

1、三年及以上后端研发工作经验； 2、精通至少一种后端开发语言（如Java、Python、Go），熟悉其常用框架和工具； 3、熟练掌握数据库设计与开发，具备SQL优化能力，熟悉关系型和非关系型数据库的使用场景； 4、熟悉微服务架构，熟悉服务治理、分布式事务等相关技术，了解Redis等中间件和OSS等对象存储； 5、具备良好的网络编程知识，熟悉HTTP、TCP/IP等协议； 6、具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术并应用到实际工作中。

加分项 1、ACM/ICPC/TopCodr等获奖者优先。
